can I read and or modify the scroll bar location(value) in data grid?

Yosi,

Have you looked at the HorizScrollbar and VertScrollbar properties on
the DataGrid (assuming you are using the Windows one). You should be able
to access these properties and set the view by manipulating values on the
scrollbar.
