scroll back to verticle?

I somehow periodically change an Excel sheet to scrolling horizontally with
the wheel on my mouse and I can't figure out how to set it back to scrolling
vertically as it normally does. I have tried to look in the help section,
but I can't find anything about it. It is driving me crazy, If anyone knows
what the fix is I would greatly appreciate it!

you wouldn't have a new mouse that has the "wheel tilt" option?

Side-to-side scrolling
Now you can scroll horizontally as well as vertically. If a Web page o
Excel spreadsheet is wider than your screen, you just tilt the mous
wheel in the direction you want to go, and the page starts scrolling i
that direction—all the way to the right or left borders of the page o
sheet.

The same thing keeps happening to me. It will be scrolling up and down and
then all of a sudden it starts going left to right. It is frustrating,
because I have to close my worksheet and reopen it to get it to go back to
verticle. I have not been able to get anyone to comment on this.
