Scripts or ActiveX Controls blocking Preview of Page

I don't know that you can - it's a security feature of the browser.

How exactly does this related to Frontpage? It sounds like this is an IE
question best answered at the Internet Explorer general news group.

It related to FP2003 because I press PF12 to PREVIEW my page, and if it
contains JavaScript or AcitveX controls, the page will not completely load
until I click on that annoying message bar that states that it Blocked the
Content for Security reasons.

That is a browser issue and can not be controlled via FP. You can avoid the message by previewing
your page via a web server (http) and not via disk-based location (C:\...)
