Script to repair/reset network adapter

Is there a script that I create allowing me easy access to
repairing/resetting a network adapter?

Right now I have to open "Network and Sharing Center" --> select "Manage
Network Connections" --> right click on the network connect and select
"Diagnose" --> then finally select "reset the network adapter."

I'd like to create a script to which I can create a shortcut on the desktop.
A simple double click on the shortcut will reset the network adapter.

NETSH command that will do this also...
