Script to modify "Power buttons"

Hello, I have a need to script the Power button settings for the following
options. I've attempted to using the settings that are configured within
HKCU\Control Panel\PowerCfg\GlobalPowerPolicy , but the settings appear to be
incomplete as the changes are not reflected on my dev system. I've looked
through using powercfg.exe, but the switches did not indicate it would be the
solution.

I plan to keep pursuing a solution, but was wondering if anyone knows the
trick of who to accomplish this task. Is there a property within WMI that I
can change?
