everytime i open up to my main screen I get this

Sounds to me like you have "Spyware" on your PC.
Download and run this

It can remove Spyware/Adware from your PC, but be warned
that any Game or Program that needs Spyware to run, may
not work afterwards (eg; Kazaa)
