Script errors/disabled

I have disabled Script Debugging and Display Errors in Internet Options, but
continue to get error messages.
Another peeve is that other than this IE6 forum, all other forum pages (and
some sites) are slightly larger than my 17" screen. Is there a "fit to
screen" option so I don't have to scroll side to side to view the page?
Thanks!

Can you use the controls on the front of the monitor to fix the screen size
problem?

The screen is adjusted properly. It's just that some sites show up larger,
thus the need to scroll side to side. For instance, this forum fills the
screen with no bottom scroll bar. If I go to any other Windows XP forum,
they are just over-sized enough that the scroll bar appears (1/2" to 1").
Could it be how the site is programed?
Any clue on why I get IE Script Error messages when they are disabled in IE?
