Script Error

The content of some webpages does not appear. The window
opens but says "Done, but with errors" at the bottom of
the screen. It is some type of Java applet that I am
trying to open. I have updated to the newest Microsoft
VM for Java 5.0.0.3805 that I could find. It didn't
help. I found a reference for installing new scripting
engines. The reference led to a Microsoft Knowlege Gase
Article 181698. When I searched on it Microsoft said
that it was not available. Can anyone help.

Hi Shannon,

You can't update Microsoft Java VM any more - see
www.microsoft.com/java.

The latest version you can get is the one by sun - java.sun.com or
www.java.com.

You find the latest scripting engine (version 5.6) at
www.microsoft.com/scripting/
