Script Error on Application Launch

Cold someone help me out on this:

Found my CDROM disapear along with Nero Image Drive and Virtual Drive from
My Computer, hard drive and memory stick remain OK. This happened after a
hard bang on PC due to minor accident at home.

Things I did was keep rolling back using Restore Points, and also removed
Virtual Drive, somehow thing get back to "normal" again, now I see the CdROM
and Nero Image Drive appeared, at this point I try to do a windows update to
make sure I'm still stay current, so far so good, no wu required.

Now I'm ready to install kid's virtual drive under Admin Acct, every thing
seem fine and VDrive work fine, however, when switch user to another acct
with Admin Right, or Power User (for kids), I got this problems from VDrive
UI, a series of error msges:

WinXP Pro/SP3 IE8

Internet explorer script error
Line ...
Char ...
Error Automation server can't create object
Code 0
URL file:/// ...

Go to Start/Run: and type each of these separately-

regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 wshom.ocx
regsvr32 scrrun.dll

Thank you so much for the info.

Had one error 0X80004005/Jscript.dll with one of the acct., but another
acct. the error was on Wshom.ocx.

A google search lead me to an article Reset Admin. Account to default, that
fix the problems.
