I have done that too.
I just did the following and so far no errors.
It takes a long time and one needs to turn off the screen saver and be
logged on as an administer to
apply the registry reset.
I first used subinacl.msi and installed it.
I had to put the subinacl.exe file into the same directory as the
reset.cmd file.
Then I ran the subinacl.exe file and it did the registry reset.
