Script Blocking - prompt flies off screen!

I tried to run a batch file (.bat) file that I made to
backup some key files to a network drive. I saw this
window fly up the screen from the bottom right to the top
right. I couldn't read it, so it took me a minute to
figure out that it was the spyware software.

Turns out that if you have your taskbar docked on the
RIGHT side of your screen (as opposed to the bottom) then
you will have this problem. Once I moved the taskbar, I
was able to allow the script to run. I believe that the
default task bar placement in the next version of Windows
is on the right side. I'm not the only one that likes the
taskbar on the right side - it's great when you're
running a lot of applications. Try it!

I had the same problem, but with the taskbar on the left
side of the screen. The interesting part was that I had
all the agents deactivated at the time, and it was still
triggering a block of the batch file.
I disabled the Script Blocking Checkpoint of the
Application Agent, and could start up the batch file. The
Process Execution Checkpoint also was deactivated at the
same time, however not by me actively. However, when I now
try to activate either of them, they stay deactivated, and
I can't activate neither one of them.

Serious bugs if you ask me!
