Amusing: alert dialog flies up and off screen when taskbar is not at bottom

I note that this has been noticed by at least one other user (see thread Small
UI Issue).

Because I have my task bar vertically oriented on the right side of my screen,
security alerts (i.e. launching a batch file) fly from the bottom right of the
screen and "out" the top right. It's quite amusing to watch. My co-workers and I
had to use PrtSc to see what was happening ;-)

"A script file ZZZ.bat is trying to execute. This file has been frozen from
running pending your approval.

"A Batch file (.bat) is a file that can perform almost any type of task when
executed on your computer."

If I move my taskbar to the bottom of the screen, the problem goes away.

Make a game out of it.... see how many times you have to make it fly by
before you can hit the "allow" button on the run.... :)
