I am having a problem with my screensaver, sometimes it works and sometimes
it doesn't. Any suggestions as to why? I seems like the only time it works
is when I reboot from installing Windows Updates.

Thanks for your help. Happy Holidays!!

Take note of your wait minutes for your screensaver. Then click on your Power
Tab and set your settings for 10 minutes after your screensaver turns your
monitor off and reboot your system.

Thank you for your reply but that did not work, my monitor never did turn
off. Any other ideas? Thanks

The screen saver does not work when you use a Wireless Optical Desktop mouse on a
Windows XP SP2-based computer

Another checkpoint - make sure that a program is not causing the computer to remain
active. You may have a program running in the background that springs into life when
the computer is idle.
