screensaver in Guest account

I'm in need of disabling the screen saver on the Guest account. I want to
automate this so I have a batch file that could be run but since this
computer is on a network the Guest account is created upon log in and deleted
when logging out. I've changed every registry setting I can find and I've
also been in GPEdit and changed various settings there also. I've added the
batch file to turn off the screensaver to a startup script and this will work
for all user, except the Guest. Where does the Guest account get created
from and is there a way to drop my batch file into the creation of this
account.
