Screensaver cycles once and then returns to the desktop. Waits 5 minutes (set delay) and repeats.

My screen saver turns itself off after one cycle through. It then
waits the 5 minutes (established delay) and then it goes through one
cycle and then goes back to the desktop. Repeats ad infinitum!
 
Investigate what is waking it back up, you can start by launching Task
Manager and watching it.
 
do you have wireless mouse/keyboard. it is not uncommon for the drivers for them to interfere.

Yeah thats what happens to me too, but i was wondering how can i see my task
manager when my screen saver is on?
 
Set the task manager to sort on CPU Activity, and always on top. As soon
as the SS kicks out, there it is.
