Hi,
I am running Win XP Pro with sp2 installed.
I have a small annoyance. I recently installed the program DeliPlayer
2, to play my old .Mod files. This pgm plays various formats including
the old ".scr" format. Anyway, when the box popped up to choose
formats to associate with this pgm, I was half asleep and chose the
default, hence I associated .scr with deliplayer. When I went into
explorer and checked the icons for my screensaver files, they had
changed to the deliplayer icons. I then realized my mistake and went
back into deliplayer and disassociated deliplayer with .scr files. I
thought all was well and good, but when I went back into explorer to
check out the screensavers, the icons reverted to the standard windows
icons, not the icons associated with the particular screensaver. Also
upon double clicking the icon shown nothing happens. When I right
click to get the test, configure, install options, I get the standard
menu options of explorer. Apparently, a dll has been unregistered to
cause this to happen. Any help, please? Sorry for being so long
winded.
