Screen View differs from Print preview

I know this is basic, but I REALLY need help.
I have a colum with text wrapping selected. As I type in the cells,
two things happen.
1) It might be on three lines on the screen, but when I print preview
it is only on two. It is as if the print preview cell in larger.
2) Also, words may not show up on the screen in the cell, but when I
print preview they are there.

i just want what I see on the screen to match what is on print
preview. Any suggestions would help.
Thanks.

This is a problem with Excel, Jennifer, and I don't think there is a good
answer. Excel's text wrap is just not very good. Text breaks differently
in printing than in normal viewing and also when in edit mode (after F2 is
pressed) versus non-edit mode. I've never heard in explanation for this but
it can be frustrating.

I sometimes add an extra alt-enter as the final character of the cell.

If that line gets dropped, I don't care. Maybe something like this will work
for you.

(But when they do print, it'll take extra room--so it's a trade-off.)
