Screen sizes have shrunk

WHEN I OPEN MY WEB PAGES THEY ALL APPEAR IN SMALLEST FONT
AND PICTURES. I HAVE TRIED ALTERING THE FONT SIZE ON
INTERNET OPTIONS BUT IT'S DRIVING ME POTTY. I HAVE TRIED
LOADS OF STUFF BUT STILL CAN'T SORT IT.oN SOME PAGES I
HAVE WIDE WHITE BANDS DOWN EACH SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE.
(VERTICALLY.)ALL WEB SITES LIKE REAL GAMES OPENS UP SO
SMALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN.HELP !!!!
 
Piggin,

Adjust your screen resolution via control panel, display, settings. If that
doesn't help, go to IE tools, internet options, accessibility and make sure
a style sheet is not in use.
