Screen size

All of a sudden my screen showed larger fonts and
everythink..i.e. as though it had zoomed in. Maybe for
people with eyesight problems. This has happened before
and I could never get rid of it other than to re-install
explorer. Any ideas as to what this is and how to get rid
of it?
