screen size

when i launch IE6 the window only opens about 2/3 or the monitor. If I
click the expand button the window fills the screen. But I have to do this
everytime.

Is there a way (setting, option, etc) to lauch IE6 in a full screen mode?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
