Look on the back of the computer for a bar coded sticker that has a 7 digit
alphanumeric code on it. This is the system's Service Tag. Go to this web
site and enter the Service Tag info.

Download and install the latest XP drivers for your computer's display
adapter. That should fix the video problem. While you're at the Dell site
you probably should download the chipset driver and install that as well.
It wouldn't hurt to take a look in Device Manager (Start -> Run ->
devmgmt.msc) to see if there are any hardware components listed with yellow
exclamation points next to them. Once again, download the drivers for these
devices from the Dell web site.
