screen size to small

Windows XP, Explorer 6.0
When ever I go on line, the Windows Explorer window is not full size. I have
to zoom the window. I have tried setting the window to full size and then
close the Explorer, but this does no good. I can't find a setting anywhere.
Is there a way to have the window open to full screen every time I go on
line?

Right click on IE icon.
Select Properties.
Set the RUN line to Run Maximized
