It might not be the problem or the cure, the computer can
"freeze" for several reasons, maybe hardware related, such
as dirt causing heat build-up, a video card problem (heat?)
or some Trojan.
Does it freeze with all screensavers or just one? Change
the screensaver (right click on desktop>select
properties>screensaver) and select a different saver, change
the delay time and see what happens. It could be a bad file
that you could delete and reinstall.
If it is something else??
