Screen saver - user policy issue?

I have an Dell Latitude laptop with a Pentium 4 processor
and Windows 2000 Professional. When I log in under my
username I cannot select a screen saver under options. It
is greyed out. However, when I log in under Administrator
I can select any number of different screen savers. Is
there away to toggle this feature back on for my user
account?

It sound like the account you log in with is a Limited\Restricted
User Account.

Log in as the Administrator and in Control Panel - User Accounts and
change the account type to Computer Administrator and see if that
fixes the problem.
