Screen saver + monitor power problem

Iam using xp pro sp2. Whenever I use a screen saver my monitor will not
power down by itself. It doesn't matter which screen saver I use all have
the same results. When I select "none" in the screen saver area the
monitor will power down by itself in the alloted amount of time. I also
had the same problem in SP1.

Right click desktop and choose properties/choose screensaver/choose power
and select how long you want your monitor to stay on.

I have that option set. When I turn the screensaver off the monitor Will shut
down in the amount of time that I have set in the power area. With the
screensaver active the monitor will not shut down. It's as if the screensaver
activity in enough to full the monitor setting

Problem is fix, thanks to Kelly's Korner (http://www.kellys-korner-
xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm) I use "screensaverestrictions.reg" fix.
