Screen Saver in WinXP

Tomas

I've installed WinXP in Dell Optiplex GX270 comp. The user
logon as Domain User (Windows NT 4 network/domain).
Now I have a problem with the Screen Saver. Every few
minutes this comp will go to screen saver mode and ask for
password to go back to Windows screen.
I've disabled the Screen Saver (set it to NONE), set Power
Scheme to "Always On" and set all of the settings
to "Never", unclick "Prompt for password when computer
resumes from standy" and unclick "Enable Hibernation". But
it keeps going to Screen Saver mode (Blank black screen)
and, when we move the mouse, it will prompt for password.
Is there any other way to disable the Screen Saver mode
and avoid the comp asking for password?

Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Checkpoints:

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Screen Saver tab, look at the options
for your Screen saver and also Uncheck the "On resume, password protect"
option.

Also in the Monitor Power settings using the Power button. Look on the
Advanced tab, and the Options section, uncheck the "Prompt for password when
computer resumes from standby" option.

If all checks out well there, run the undo on line 25:
