Yes there is more details in higher resolutions. There is only one draw
back: your PC will need to have a more powerful processor, more RAM and a
great video card in order to get the higher resolutions. Always update to
the latest motherboard chipset drivers and video card drivers. Add
additional cooling devices to your PC (higher resolution make everything run
hotter). Also, make sure your monitor can do the higher resolutions.
