I recently reinstalled XP to resolve some pretty major
problems that had developed over a few months (on the
advice of Dell). All seems to be OK, EXCEPT the screen
resolution is fixed at 640x480, and cannot be increased
by any method known to me, including Control
Panel/Display, and the Monitor CD Rom reinstall. Any
advice please.
