screen resolution notice

bought a game installed it...successfull...when \i start
playing it I get a resolution notice telling me to switch
to a higher screen resolution ..which I am already on...I
tried to get rid of it ..but it keeps coming back....Can
you please tell me how to disable it...thanks ever so
much for your assistance
