Screen Resolution Help

I reinstalled my Windows XP and now i cannot increase the screen resolution! The bar is unable to slide as it would noramlly. Now my screen is stuck at 640X 4809 pixels. Please Help

Go to the manufacturer of the graphics card for driver updates. Never rely
on the ones MS may have.
