Almost everytime i use my laptop, the screen will randomly go black and wont
respond to any command. the speakers go out, too. im using the home premium
version of vista and the computer isnt but a couple months old. this problem
hadnt occurred until recently, when we got a new internet router. but it
doesnt only crash when im using my router, but also when im at my friends'
house. the battery isnt dead, the vents are all open to cool air, i dont
think i have a virus, and the computer isnt shutting down. you can still hear
the vents suckin air and the drives running. everything else just doesnt
respond. also, this problem mainly occurs whilst im on the internet. im
running my laptop in safe mode right now. any suggestions?
