Screen Orientation

Some how I pressed something for my computer screen to display portrait. It
not a matter with printing or page oreitnation but when viwing anything on my
computer the desktop... anything the screen is now sideways. I tried
searching help and support but there is nothing about changing the
orientation of the screen. Someone please help me change it back.
