Screen moving slowly and flickering

Hi was wondering if anybody could help me. The problem i have is my screen
moves really slow when i scroll up or down the page, or even when i move a
page. For example, i have My Music up on display and i drag it over a bit the
screen stop and goes stop goes.... and so on). Also games that i play react
slowly.

I really hope someone can help me. Its real anoying. Thank You

Im using Windows XP Home Edition service pack 2
