Screen Format

The computer I am using has enlarged wording and icons. How can it change it
back down to the normal size?
 
Control Panel > Display > Settings > Screen Resolution.

If an LCD - use the monitor's native resolution.

If a CRT - select a higher resolution (move the pointer a bit to the right).
