screen flickers

Hi: every time my system does something different my screen flickers like
when I change Music cd: plug in flash drive; open window etc.
running Hi color 60 hrz 1027-768 rez NVIDIA 7900GS video card
 
Very interesting! I have the same problem with the same model 7900GS by
EVGA. This is a 2nd card, 1st card RMA to EVGA, didn't fix the problem. Time
to dump the card and EVGA.
