Screen flicker - Please Help

I have an Access database that was created in MS Access 2000.

The database is now being opened using Access 2003 and there is a problem
with one of the forms.

Everytime the mouse is moved the screen/form flickers or Jumps. This is
very annoying and I don't know why this is happening. It does not happen if
the application is opened with Access 2000.

I even tried converting the application to 2003 to see if that would solve
the problem. It did not.

This form has alot of code behind it and unbound controls. I first thought
it has something to do with the Refresh code, however the Refresh function
only occures after certain buttons are clicked.

Again, when the form is opened, just moving the mouse across the screen
makes the form flicker. Please help.

I figured it out. the flickering is caused by unattached labels. The person
that designed the form has controls and labels that are not associated with
each other. So I went through the form and associated the labels to the
correct controls.
