screen dosent fit my window

How can i get my screen to fit the whole window? I click the little screen in
the middle at the top but it still dosent make my screen bigger.

As in the monitors viewing page doesnt take up the full screen...Simply move
mouse to a side,when it double arrows,L.click & move the picture,do this at
all 4 sides.

Since you offered no details at all....

If it's a laptop, is the display resolution set to the native resolution of
the LCD screen ?

If it's a regular CRT monitor, use the controls on the front of the monitor
to change the screen geometry.
