I am not receiving an e-mail from a company that I want to receive the e-mail.

They have suggested that I need to disable screen capture. What is screen
capture and how do I disable it.

Also, how do I disable a firewall?

I have no idea what they're asking you to do. Screen capture means you're
taking a snapshot image of your screen/display/window, usually. I don't see
how this has anything to do with email, and it isn't a process that runs in
the background anyway.

What is the *exact* text of the error message they get when they send mail
to you?
Presuming you're using a POP account, does the message show up if you access
your ISP's webmail site - or if they don't have one, www.mail2web.com ?

Also, how do I disable a firewall?

If you're wise, you never ever do this. You do have a firewall, right? It's
mandatory these days - as is good antivirus software, regular application/OS
updates/patches, and 'safe hex' practices.
