schema mismatch between the servers involved

Hi All,
Pls help me on this: We've one Windows 2000 server DC at
one site and one at other site. They both used to
replicate fine. But since a while they are not able to
replicate. I ran a tool by MS which diagnosed pretty much
everything and supplied me with various log files. One of
which is related to active directory which shows the
following:
Testing server: Corp\OLDTOWN
Starting test: Replications
* Replications Check
[Replications Check,OLDTOWN] A recent replication
attempt failed:
From PAXFILESERVER to OLDTOWN
Naming Context:
CN=Configuration,DC=rbcinc,DC=com
The replication generated an error (8418):
The replication operation failed because of a
schema mismatch between the servers involved.
The failure occurred at 2003-10-02 15:52.33.
The last success occurred at 2003-06-28
11:04.26.
1663 failures have occurred since the last
success.

Can someone please help me in resolving this issue.
