Scheduling Sending/Receiving

I'm using Outlook 2002 and would like it to automatically
check for new incoming e-mail every, say, 5 minutes.
Right now, I manually press the Send/Receive button to
see if something new has arrived - the list won't update
otherwise.

Open outlook and click on the "tools" tab at the top of
the screen, then click on "options", then click on
the "Mail setup" tab, then click on the "send/receive"
button towards the buttom of the screen that pops up will
be a check box that you can select to schedule an
automatic send and recieve, next to the check box you can
indicate how often you want it to send and receive such as
every five min.
