You can achieve something similar using the On Timer function attached to a
form, having it check for certain dates/times in a table that holds your
alarms/reminders, but you would have to write it yourself, and the form would
need to be open.
There is no built in reminder functionality - I guess you could always have
it put a reminder into your Outlook Calendar - this is another option.
