Scheduling Appointment with Bus Contact

When scheduling an appointment with a BC using the Action
menu option, New Appointment, I would expect that the
Contacts field in bottom left corner of form would be
completed and directly linked to my BC. Instead, it is
blank. When you click on Contacts it takes you to the
Contacts folder instead of the BC folder, thus requiring
multiple unnecessary key strokes. Is the way BCM is
supposed to operate?

This is most relevant when I want to schedule a phone
call with the BC.
 
I expected that, too, but BCM just doesn't work that way. The way you
describe is, indeed, normal operation.
