Scheduler Won't Start Job ERROR 80070569

I have a task scheduled to run every morning at 6:00 am. The task is set up
to run with my userid and password. However, every morning it fails with the
following error message:

The attempt to log on to the account associated with the task failed,
therefore, the task did not run.
The specific error is:
0x8007052e: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
Verify that the task's Run-as name and password are valid and try again.

I can get it to run by either updating my password on the task itself or for
all tasks using the change "AT Scheduler" account. Until I do that, the task
will not run.

Since my password only changes once every 60 days, this is not the problem.
I'm not sure what is.
