Scheduler-Outlook - Can this view be printed

I need to schedule appointments with people who do not use Outlook and who
are members. It is most convenient for me to set up the group view to see
all the blocked times. However, it would be easier if I could print a hard
copy and use it when someone calls. Can you print the scheduler grid?

Huh? Please remember, we are not looking over your shoulder so the clearer the problem description you can give, the better your chances of a being helped.

1. Members of what?
2. Group view in what version of Outlook? What Group view?
3. What blocked items?
4. Define the "Scheduler Grid."

Okay, I will simplify. When you set up an appointment in Outlook Calendar
you click on "New" next you will see two tabs "Appointment" and Scheduling".
When you click on the "Scheduling" tab you will see the calendar grid (days,
dates and times across the top and on the left is where you add the attendees
you want to invite). This is the view that I want to print.

When I go to print all you get is the day in Memo format and no option to
print otherwise.

Thanks for your help.

That view is not a printable view (thank you for clarifying where you see this view) but there are workarounds - either use a Print Screen, paste into Word or MS Paint and print, or use a program like SnagIt! from http://www.techsmith.com.

I know of no other way to capture that information.
