Scheduled Tasks

Scott Micale

I have some PC's setup with some scheduled tasks, but I am wondering how can
you tell what tasks are scheduled when you go into the Scheduled Task
screen? All mine shows is the Add Scheduled Task.

Can this be viewed elsewhere?

Thanks!

Hi

Right just above that icon and select the columns you would like to see.

That does not list all the scheduled tasks I have. It only shows the Icon
Schedule New Task. I want to see the tasks that have already been scheduled
on that system.
I right clicked on what you said and I can check all the items listed, but
it still does not show me what I want.

Hi Scott ,

Exactly as they said, the scheduled task window should display all
scheduled tasks. If it doens't display any, properly there is no tasks.
However, you can use script to retrieve tasks' information. Check following
article:

?mfr=true>

Hope this helps.

Please note: This script is provieded for your reference, if you have
concern with script, please open post at MSDN newsgroup for assistance.

When I try and add a task it tells me there is already a task like the one I
am trying to create setup.

Any ideas?

Hi ,

First, please refer to following article to schedule a new task.

-us/agent_add_task.mspx?mfr=true>

If the problem still occurs, please take a screen shot of the error message
and I'll perform research.

thanks.
