Scheduled Tasks ? problem

Hi, again !
I just found -this - problem. When I click on my Scheduled Tasks in
my System Tools, programs, nothing happens, it won't open at all.
I sure hope someone can help me. I don't know when this happened, I
don't remember the last time I've tried to access it.
