Scheduled Task Shutdown does not work

I use Task Scheduler to run "shutdown.exe" to shut down my
host computer and it does not work. I want it to shut
down each morning at 1am. It runs XP Home Edition and
hosts a couple of other computers access (via shared
connection, ethernet) to the Internet. Any ideas? Thanks
for your help.
