Scheduled Task not working in XP Pro

Hello, anyone know where someone could download the fix
for the problem with Scheduled Task not working in XP
Pro? The task log has a message that says the task
didn't work with an exit code of 80. This problem is
covered in MS Knowlege Base Article 812400 and it says a
supported fix is available from MS, but you have to
contact MS Product Support Services to obtain the fix. I
haven't had any luck with that so far and I haven't been
able to track down the download anywhere else online
either. Thank you.

After all, if anyone has the fix, it is MS.
And you know you won't have to pay for the help if it is a fix, right?

Hi!
"Scheduled Tasks - Not Running"
"Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 and delete the files in there.
Scheduled Tasks will recreate the files needed.

Note: This folder is hidden by default. Go to Start/Run and type in:
control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders."
