SCHEDULED TASK function won't run

"Scheduled task function" won't run ever since I did a
system restore. It gives message "incorrect password or
user". Users never changed. I tried reentering data with
and without passwords.

I have tried reentering tasks with no avail. Even
clicking on properties in drive C: and using automatic
update there. All refuse to work.

It all started when I d\l latest version of MSN
messenger, where I thought there was a problem with
computer, but it was site and then ran "system restore".

Has anybody else had same problem and what is solution,
other than manually doing tasks?
