Scheduled scans not working

I've got my scans scheduled for 4:00 AM every morning,
but they are not working. I've double checked to make
sure the disable schedule box is not checked, what else
could it be?

It also appears that the scheduled updates work
sometimes, and don't work other times.

This is installed on some of our application servers that
we were having spyware problems with (Windows 2000
Server). Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a console user logged in at 4 am?

Scheduled updates should work consistently, although I'm not certain that
the actual scheduling is any more consistent than it is for scheduled scans.
Again I believe you'll need a logged in console user at the time the update
is scheduled.
